  • work solely to conceptualise and execute the year-round community music project “Voices In Town”
     

  • cultural management including timeline and budget planning, project branding, partnership building with NGOs, arts and cultural groups, sponsorship pitching
     

  • leading high quality and creative interpretation approaches for content development, organising and presenting music performances and workshops
     

  • supervise and manage music talents for delivering high quality performances
